Scope and Operating Entity

This policy governs the website located at www.LVHalloween.com, the online box office operated through it, and the Halloween Extravaganza event held on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at Otonomus Hotel, 5050 West Russell Road, Las Vegas, Nevada (the "Event").

BREATHE! Exp, a DBA of Alpha Pyxidis, LLC, operates www.LVHalloween.com and the Event, including ticket sales, invite code administration, and event production. Otonomus Hotel serves as the Event venue under a separate venue partnership agreement with BREATHE! Exp and maintains its own policies governing the physical premises. Guests should review those premises and room policies on the Otonomus Hotel website before booking a room or attending the Event.

This policy applies only to www.LVHalloween.com and the Event. It does not extend to other BREATHE! Exp websites, programs, or events, including the GPS Summit, which remain governed by the terms posted at breatheexp.com.

Age Restriction

Halloween Extravaganza admits guests 21 years of age and older only. Otonomus Hotel and BREATHE! Exp staff check valid, government-issued photo identification at entry. Alcohol service throughout O-Bar and the Patio governs this policy; the venue and BREATHE! Exp reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any guest who cannot produce valid identification or who otherwise violates this policy.

Data Collection

BREATHE! Exp collects information directly from ticket buyers and attendees, including name, email address, phone number, and payment details processed through the box office at www.LVHalloween.com. BREATHE! Exp collects information automatically through the site, including IP address and usage patterns. BREATHE! Exp collects event-specific information at the Event, including check-in records, invite and promo code usage, and photographs, video, and audio recordings described in Recordings and Likeness below. BREATHE! Exp also receives information from third parties, including invite code partners and Otonomus Hotel.

AI Systems

The box office and site at www.LVHalloween.com use AI tools operated internally or through third-party providers, including Vercel, Claude, and Stripe, to support ticketing, guest support, payment processing, and personalization features. The final set of AI-powered features remains subject to change as the site develops. Do not submit sensitive information through any AI-powered feature on this site, including government identification numbers, financial account details, or health information. AI-generated content on this site carries no warranty of any kind, express or implied, and comes strictly on an as-is basis, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Data Sharing

BREATHE! Exp shares personal data within BREATHE! Exp, with service providers who support ticketing, payment processing, and event operations, and with Otonomus Hotel for check-in, security, and guest list coordination at the Event. BREATHE! Exp shares personal data with sponsors only when a guest opts in, and shares personal data as legally required. BREATHE! Exp does not sell personal data.

Recordings and Likeness

By attending Halloween Extravaganza, guests grant BREATHE! Exp and Otonomus Hotel a perpetual right to capture, use, and distribute photographs, video, and audio recordings taken at the Event, including footage of the Costume Championship, for documentation and promotional purposes across any medium. Guests who prefer not to appear in promotional materials should notify event staff at check-in.

Purchase and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. BREATHE! Exp issues no refunds or exchanges. Tickets remain non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-resellable except as BREATHE! Exp permits in writing.

General admission and VIP tickets, along with the optional Costume Championship add-on, sell subject to posted capacity limits, and BREATHE! Exp closes sales for a tier once it reaches capacity. Guests must enter invite and promo codes at checkout; codes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.

Every guest registers before entry, whether through an online ticket purchase or on-site registration by QR code. BREATHE! Exp admits no unregistered walk-up guests.

Event Modifications

BREATHE! Exp reserves the right to modify the venue, location, lineup, entertainment, schedule, or programming for Halloween Extravaganza to respond to artist availability, venue conditions, or other circumstances. If BREATHE! Exp relocates the Event to a different venue or location, tickets already purchased remain valid for the relocated Event, and the no refunds and no exchanges terms in Purchase and Refund Policy above continue to apply.

BREATHE! Exp will announce material changes, including any change of venue or location, through the site at www.LVHalloween.com or by email to registered guests where practical.

Legal Terms

Nevada law governs this policy, and the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada hold exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

Liability of BREATHE! Exp and Otonomus Hotel under this policy caps at the amount a guest paid for the relevant ticket in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party carries liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Disputes proceed on an individual basis only; guests waive participation in any class, collective, or representative action.

Guests indemnify BREATHE! Exp and Otonomus Hotel against claims arising from a violation of this policy or from content a guest submits.

Privacy Rights and Contact
